We will once again be running a ten week OCP Spring League this season. It will run every Thursday evening with a flex start time of 4:30-5:30. The format will essentially remain the same with a couple of slight revisions. Details will be forthcoming by the end of the month!!

It's once again time for our Spring Disc Golf League!! It will run each Thursday evening starting April 19th. We will have a flex start time of 4:30-5:30 p.m. when players can arrive and tee off. It will once again be $5 to play with $2 going to the CJDG club and the other $3 going to payout. Players must play 7 of the 10 weeks to qualify for payout. This year, we will also offer a $1 optional ace pot each week. If the pot isn't claimed by the end of league, it will be rolled into the payout. We will maintain our usual divisional format to encourage participation and fairness for all players. Other rules/procedures:

1. You must tee off by 5:45- no exceptions due to park closing time and darkness.
2. Players must play in groups of 3 or 4; no twosomes, fivesomes or solo play.
3. No two-meter rule.
4. We will play rain or shine- any unforeseen issues will be conveyed to players ASAP.
5. Scores will be kept and maintained on this website- click on the "leagues" link.

A printout with these rules/policies will be given to any player upon request. Please contact Frank with any questions. We hope to see you there!!

A sanctioned league requires additional communication and records filed with the PDGA, and I don't want the stress of worrying about ratings and points and the inevitable hassles in running that type of league. There's also enough on our plate running 3 PDGA events and doing all the physical work required at our area courses. Sorry that this isn't in the cards- we will be sticking to our traditional 6-divisional format to entice and accommodate players of all skill levels.
